Making every day life as a mom just a little bit sweeter.

You’ll be glad you did! January 29, 2010

“Help! I’ve fallen, and I can’t get up!” We all remember the commercial we have made a mockery of at times…but, putting all jokes aside, it could happen. We sometimes take for granted our health and well- being, but being prepared isn’t a bad thing. Just click on the link below and watch in case you missed Fox News this morning..it’ll be worth the 2 minutes!

Pint-size hero

Pretty awesome, huh? I thought so, too. We never know when the time will come for our little ones to be the heroes. We pray to God they never do, but at the same time, we tell them not to talk to strangers, and to wash their hands after using the restroom, no eating the cake batter because it has raw eggs in it etc…it’s called wisdom. I also put an extra pair of panties in the car when we go on long trips…it’s called WISDOM!! It’s not a lack of faith, or trust in God, it’s called W-I-S-D-O-M!! Let’s share that wisdom with our kids, shall we?

Just click one of the links below for information and videos on teaching your kids how to call 911 in an emergency:

So often we don’t give our kids enough credit…don’t get me started…that’s another blog, but this is important. We need to be educated and informed. Hopefully, it will stay a precaution.
